When Yara Zaya finally did tell her fiancé that she was expecting, he fell into a spiral of doubt. He didn't believe her. "I would love to be able to believe her. I trust her, I really do, but at the same time it's hard for me to believe that she gets to America and suddenly she's pregnant," Dufren said during episode 9 of 90 Day, per TV Insider.
According to Us, Zaya sent Dufren her results while he was at work. "I'm just like, 'S**t, I wasn't expecting this. It's out of the blue,'" he said. "So, I thought, 'Is she tricking me again? Is she really pregnant? What's going on?'" He added that he was excited that Zaya could indeed become pregnant again, "But is it the best timing?" he asked himself, per Us. "Maybe not right now."
Zaya, on the other hand, after overcoming the initial shock, is excited by the prospect of being a mom. "I was so happy inside because, first of all, I'm like, 'Oh my goodness, I can have a baby, and I love this person so much,'" she told Us. Hopefully, Dufren warms up to the idea of being a father sooner rather than later.
