Singer Anuradha Paudwal releases short film Silent Chaos on World Deaf Day 2023

Anuradha Paudwal, a well-known singer, will release a short PSA film named Silent Chaos as part of her Suryodaya Foundation social welfare program to show her support for the deaf community and the general public by promoting awareness, inclusivity, deaf culture, care, and cure. The film, which promotes the idea of this year's topic for "World Deaf Day," which is on September 24, 2023, of "Ear and Hearing Care for All," is directed by Mihirr Upadhyay and conceptualised by the artist herself.

Padma Shri Dr. Anuradha Paudwal spoke about the movie and said,“India has one of the largest population of people suffering from hearing impairment. In my pursuit of working for the deaf community, I decided to make a short film in public interest to create awareness of improving hearing health of all hearing deficient individuals ranging from kids to elderly. With this film, we hope to make a positive difference in the lives of those facing auditory challenges by promoting acceptance and unity.”

Filmmaker Mihirr Upadhyay said, “I am truly honoured to bring Silent Chaos to audiences worldwide. It’s a project that delves into the world of auditory challenges, need for attention and inclusion.
