Despite rumors swirling that legitimate injuries might keep her off the card, Ronda Rousey is currently booked to compete at WrestleMania. Teaming with Shayna Baszler in the Women's Showcase Match, there's a chance The Rowdy One crosses paths with Liv Morgan who will be teaming with Raquel Rodriguez in the match.
Rousey Calls Out Bad Booking
Rousey and Morgan have a lot of history together, feuding over the SmackDown Women's Title for most of last summer. While it got off to a pretty hot start, the rivalry unexpectedly fell off a cliff pretty quickly, largely down to the way it was booked. That definitely doesn't appear to have been lost on Rousey who decided to take a shot at those she believes to be responsible for her and Morgan not being able to get the most out of their feud.

“Imagine what our @yaonlylivvonce feud could have been if we weren’t hamstrung by a bunch of octogenarians who still think they know how to be hip while putting less than five minutes of thought a week into each women’s storyline,” Rousey posted on Instagram. The caption appeared under a clip from Ronda on the Road, Rousey's docuseries she uses to document her busy life.
WWE's Octogenarians
As for who exactly Rousey is taking a shot at there, the wording of her comments certainly makes it sound like Vince McMahon is one of the people she believes is to blame. Octogenarian is someone in their 80s, and although the former head of creative is only 77, he's the oldest person who would have had a hand in booking the feud between Rousey and Morgan.
Interestingly, McMahon's retirement happened midway through that feud. Morgan won the Money in the Bank contract and cashed it in on Rousey to win the title three weeks before McMahon retired. The match that arguably caused fans to turn on the feud happened at SummerSlam. Only a week after McMahon's shock retirement, so it's likely the finish was his idea and it remained in place for the show even though he had gone.
