1 Pre-Made Pie Crust (Gram Cracker Pie crust tastes the best and is the easiest)
8 ounces soft cream cheese
1/3 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup of sour cream
8 ounces of whip cream (I suggest Cool Whip)
1 pretty big bowl
1 whisk and a rubbery spatula
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth, add sugar mix well in the bowl. Add the sour cream and vanilla. Once again, mix well. Fold in Cool Whip with the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
After that, let the poor into pie crust and chill for 4 hours. No baking required!
