Alexa Bliss Addresses Fans Who Aren't Enjoying Her New Therapist Storyline

If you're not a fan of the therapist segments with Alexa Bliss on Monday Night Raw, Bliss has some advice for you. "Sometimes you need to just be patient & see how things play out …"

Bliss has been back on Raw for two weeks now and in both instances, her appearances have been limited to sketches with a therapist who is trying to help her work through her issues. The first week, Bliss snapped and destroyed his office. The second week, he apologized for igniting such a traumatic experience and then wanted to play word association. For every word he said, Bliss responded "Lilly". That is until he said "imaginary", to which Bliss stood up and stared at him. He left, saying "Well, our time is up."

The segments haven't been action-packed and much like an origin story of a comic book character, WWE seems to be introducing the underlying issues for Bliss. It's taking some time to get things rolling and based on the social media reaction to the bits, fans are already growing impatient.

It could be because many fans wanted the old Bliss character back and some of it could have to do with the fact that Bray Wyatt is no longer around to bounce this character off of. Whatever the reasoning, fans are starting to complain, which Bliss obviously caught wind of. Her response to them is simply to give it time.

Will These Sketches Have A Payoff?

Whether these segments wind up being a winner or a loser, let's just hope WWE sees it through. Every idea isn't always the best, but there's not much worse than WWE starting an idea and then simply bailing on it because a few fans were too impatient to see where it was going.

It's unlikely WWE planned to keep these segments as they are for much longer. There has to be more to it and that could come in a couple of weeks
