The news of Ring of Honor releasing all talents and potentially being closed in the near future has fans nostalgic for their better years. ROH tried to make sure that the title matches always mattered and anyone holding the gold was an important part of the show. 9 Kenny King: 5
The wrestling career of Kenny King would see him finding more success in his two Ring of Honor stints than during his TNA career. King did win the X-Division Championship in TNA, but he managed to have more versatility in ROH.

The ROH Tag Team Championship reigns with Rhett Titus and Dragon Lee would see three total runs with that belt. King had a total of five ROH title reigns with two ROH Television Championship reigns adding success on the singles side.
8 Matt Jackson: 5
The Young Bucks would take over the Ring of Honor tag division when getting over to become the top team in the industry. Matt Jackson would have a total of five stints holding gold during his time teaming with Nick in Ring of Honor.
The two Six Man Tag Team Championship reigns would see the Young Bucks having wins with both Cody Rhodes and Adam Page. Matt won the ROH Tag Team Championship three times with his brother Nick for the five total reigns in ROH.
7 Nick Jackson: 5
The other half of the Young Bucks received the same exact title reigns as his brother. Fans wonder if Nick Jackson has singles potential after his AEW performances against Bryan Danielson and Rey Fenix, but he was primarily a tag wrestler in Ring of Honor.
The five total title reigns in ROH helped the Young Bucks become one of the most important acts in company history. Nick and Matt were arguably the most valuable performers for ROH during their final few years there before leaving to start AEW.
6 Jimmy Jacobs: 5
The underrated career of Jimmy Jacobs saw him playing just about every role possible in Ring of Honor. Jacobs started wrestling at a young age and would have various tag partners throughout his lengthy time in the promotion.
BJ Whitmer, Seth Rollins and Steve Corino were the tag partners of Jacobs during his five ROH Tag Team Championship reigns. Jacobs surprisingly never held a singles title in ROH and saw his biggest success coming in the tag division.
5 Jay Lethal: 6
The recent signing of Jay Lethal by AEW showed that Tony Khan was looking to sign some bigger stars from Ring of Honor after the company released everyone from contracts. Lethal has been positioned as a face of the company for many years now following his TNA release.

The six total title reigns of Lethal showed just how much ROH trusted him in noteworthy roles. Lethal is a two-time ROH World Champion, two-time ROH Television Champion and a former Pure Champion on the singles side. The tag division would see Lethal win the ROH Tag Team Championship once with Jonathan Gresham.
4 Matt Taven: 7
Recent years have seen Matt Taven become a featured top name for Ring of Honor after losing many of their biggest stars. Taven winning the ROH World Championship on a show in Madison Square Garden was the high point of his career.
Another six title reigns would come Taven’s way after winning the ROH Television Championship in his earlier years. The various stints with The Kingdom faction led to two ROH Tag Team Championship reigns and three ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship reigns with Mike Bennett, T.K. O’Ryan and Vinny Marseglia.
3 Christopher Daniels: 7
The longevity of Christopher Daniels’ career would see him having multiple stints coming in and out of Ring of Honor. Daniels won the ROH Tag Team Championship four times with three different partners and won the Six-Man Tag Team Championship with SCU.
The ROH TV Championship was arguably the best title reign of Daniels due to the match quality involved. Daniels would score the biggest prize later in his career when defeating Adam Cole to become the ROH World Champion at the age of 46.
2 Mark Briscoe: 12
The success of the Briscoe Brothers has seen them piling up the accomplishments throughout the years as the longest-tenured Ring of Honor stars. Mark Briscoe won a total of twelve titles during his ROH run all coming in the tag team divisions.
The duo of Jay and Mark Briscoe won the ROH Tag Team Championship for a record-breaking eleven times. Bully Ray joining them during his ROH stint to win the Six-Man Tag Team Championship added another title reign for a total of twelve in Mark’s career.
1 Jay Briscoe: 14
The only person to win more gold than Mark Briscoe in Ring of Honor is his brother Jay. All twelve tag title reigns to come for Mark would see Jay as part of the team as well. However, the long run in ROH allowed the company to have them work in singles roles at various points.
Jay won the ROH World Championship twice to have a total of fourteen reigns in the promotion. The victories over Kevin Owens and Michael Elgin showed ROH wanting to benefit from having the tag wrestler in a singles role. Jay did his best to step up and deliver strong matches before going back to dominate the tag division with Mark.
