10 He Never Worked For WWE
Many great wrestlers never get the chance to work for WWE, but Kenny Omega isn't one of them. It's a common misconception that people have about The Cleaner as Omega did technically work for WWE earlier on in his career.
While he never reached the heights of appearing on television, Omega was part of WWE's developmental system for a period. It was ultimately WWE's loss that they didn't capitalize on him as a performer, but he is someone that has worked for WWE in the past.

Tons of foreign wrestlers get the chance to head to Japan to wrestle, some of which only do one tour, and others that spend years in the country working for the various top promotions. However, not everyone completely invests in the culture, with some just turning up to wrestle and leave.
That isn't the case with Kenny Omega though, as he has learned how to speak Japanese during his years working over there. It's something that few foreign wrestlers have mastered, but it highlights Omega's dedication.

The situation that unfolded between The Elite and CM Punk was unfortunate in AEW as it has led to fans having negative views about everyone involved to some degree. A big belief many fans have is that The Elite are immature for not wanting to solve the issue now that Punk is back.

However, Omega has made it clear that it isn't The Elite vs. Punk and unlike everyone else in this situation, he has made comments to showcase that he wants to move on from the situation which is positive.
1 He's A Singles Guy
Kenny Omega has spent the majority of his career working as a singles talent that competes for the World Championship, and that is something that has served him well. However, while he has spent the majority of his time working in that division, he has also been a tag team and trios wrestler.
Omega isn't a selfish talent and the fact he has had so much success as a tag team wrestler proves that the idea he is only a singles person isn't the case.
